Privacy notice

Effective July 30, 2026

PocketOps Studio collects only the information you submit through the inquiry form: your name, email address, optional company and budget range, and your description of a workflow.

How it is used

The information is used to evaluate and reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposed project scope, and prevent abuse. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Storage and providers

Inquiry data is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Basic request metadata, such as browser user-agent, may be retained for security and troubleshooting. Do not submit passwords, health records, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal data.

Retention and deletion

If no project proceeds, inquiry records are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to a paid engagement may be retained for up to seven years where required for tax, contractual, or legal recordkeeping.

Contact and your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the PocketOps inquiry form. Begin the workflow description with Privacy request so it can be handled separately. This route is available whether or not you previously received a reply. Where applicable, you may also have rights under your local privacy law.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
