Before you ask.
Is this a template with my logo?
No. We reuse tested technical foundations, but the fields, labels, workflow, and interface are shaped around your one use case.
Can it connect to our existing system?
Possibly, but integrations are not included in the fixed pilot. The pilot proves the workflow first; we quote integrations only after that.
Who owns the app?
You receive the source code for the custom pilot and can keep running it without a PocketOps subscription. Third-party open-source packages keep their original licenses.
What is not included?
App-store fees, complex logins, multi-tenant administration, payments, hardware integrations, and regulated-data compliance are outside the fixed pilot unless separately quoted.
